The Tanzania Library and Information Association (TLA) invites Directors, Managers, Heads of Departments, Sections and Units, as well as Library and Information Professionals, to an intensive professional development training on Strategic Leadership in the Age of Information Overload, from 24 to 26 November 2026 at the Parrot Hotel, Arusha.
In today's rapidly changing information environment, effective leadership requires strategic thinking, sound decision-making, strong governance and the ability to navigate information overload.
