Manuscript submission
All manuscripts are submitted by the corresponding author, either through the online submission form or by email to the Chief Editor at editor.tlajournal@tla.or.tz. Each submitted manuscript is assigned a manuscript ID number for reference and tracking.

Order of the manuscript
- Title page — include the name(s) of the author(s), affiliation, ORCID, email address, acknowledgements, declaration of interest, funding statement and the authors' contributions. Indicate the corresponding author.
- Anonymised manuscript — with an abstract of 150 words and 4 to 6 keywords. Remove anything that identifies the authors, including names in the document properties.
- Tables and figures — must be cited in the main text and numbered in order. Captions must carry the same number as the citation in the text, and both tables and figures must be editable.
Before you submit
- The work is original and is not under consideration by another journal.
- The manuscript is within the journal's aims and scope.
- The title page and the anonymised manuscript are separate Word files.
- The abstract is about 150 words, with 4 to 6 keywords.
- Citations and references follow APA 7th edition.
- Every table and figure is cited in the text, numbered in order and editable.
